Welcome to MoodMap. By accessing or using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description Of Service

MoodMap is an online platform designed for monitoring emotional states, analyzing emotions, and providing a forum for communication among users. The service is provided by Maksim Kolosov (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer the following subscription options:

  • Free Plan: Access to limited features.
  • Subscription Plan: Monthly or yearly access to premium features. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not provided. Access to premium features will end at the expiration of the paid period.
  • Lifetime Access: One-time payment for perpetual access to premium features. Refunds are not provided for Lifetime Access.

    • 4. Refund Policy

    Refunds are not available for any of the subscription options, including the Lifetime Access plan, except where required by applicable law.

    5. Termination of Service

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that are illegal or harmful to other users.

    By using our service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Users may choose to share their data voluntarily on the forum.

    10. Dispute Resolution

    All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved, both parties agree to seek mediation in accordance with these rules. Mediation costs will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom.

    12. Changes to the Terms of Service

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
